Our client and global sports brand, New Balance, achieved their latest sales goal in record time when they launched the second instalment of their #247 silhouette sneaker; Sport.
The lifestyle shoe sold out online in just two days (five days before its one week target) thanks to a socially driven go-to-market campaign curated by Frontier’s PR, Social and Digital Marketing teams. The seamless release was promoted via the clients owned channels as well as retailer activation, media, and PR. The main focus was developed around establishing an integrated digital campaign that engaged with some of the industries top sneakerhead influencers and photographers.
One of the highlights included an Instagram meet with @urbanandstreet, involving a tour around Melbourne’s streets. A number of lifestyle photographers were invited along to shoot the new lifestyle shoe. The content created from this was then published across various influencer channels, helping to drive excitement for the new release among the sneakerheads target audience.
